- Remove your pendants when taking a shower, applying perfume or cream.

- Take off your pendants before engaging in sports or physical activities.

- Always place your pendants on a soft surface when removing them.

- When your pendants are not being worn, it is advisable to keep them in their respective cases to prevent any accidental falls or scratches.

- Occasionally clean your pendants: in warm soapy water, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and rinse thoroughly before wiping with a soft cloth.

All our jewellery is made to order. The production time is 3 to 4 weeks. The delivery time is 2 weeks. You will receive your order within 5 to 6 weeks after payment. Your package will be insured and will be delivered against signature.

You have 14 days after receiving your Pendant(s) to request a return/refund. To be eligible for a return, your Pendant(s) must be in the same condition(s) that you received it/them, unworn, with tags, certificate and in its/their original packaging.
